About Tierra Ideas:
The company was founded in 2009 with the aim of creating unique, durable eco-friendly luggage and travel bags from materials that would otherwise end up in landfill. Materials are sourced locally in Raleigh, North Carolina – an area with a long history in the textile industry. Recently, Tierra Ideas partnered with Delta Airlines to create the eco-friendly luggage and bags above using 100% recycled aircraft curtains and seat back covers, donated by Delta Air Lines.
The idea is taking off, so to speak, with many more of these eco-friendly bags to be created!
